COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Here's everything you need to know before entering one of our competitions!

 

  1. To enter the competition, simply fill out the form. If the competition is hosted on social media, follow the instructions stated on how to enter.

  2. You will automatically be entered into the draw once you have completed what is required to enter this particular competition.

  3. You only receive one entry into the competition for each prize. Each person can only enter the draw once, unless the competition rules state otherwise.

  4. Third party terms and conditions for the prizes apply.

  5. The winner(s) will be drawn once each competition has closed on the date specified on the competition webform. The first valid entry drawn for each prize will win. The winners will be notified via email or phone.

  6. The winner(s) grants permission for their email address to be provided to the third party offering the prize to share information relating only to their prize.

  7. If the winner(s) has not confirmed acceptance of the prize or has provided incorrect contact details, the prize will be redrawn.

  8. The winner’s name may also be published on the website www.OBV.co.nz and Orakei Bay Village’s social media channels.

  9. The promotion is not open to schools, clubs or businesses – only individuals can enter.

  10. Staff and immediate families of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.

  11. Travel and other incidental costs associated with claiming the prizes, are the responsibility of the winners.

  12. The prizes are not transferrable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

  13. In the event that a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond The Promoter’s control, The Promoter is under no obligation to provide a substitute prize.

  14. Orakei Bay Village shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered or inflicted by you (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) in connection with this competition. Due diligence is carried out to ensure the providers used in our competitions have health and safety measures in place at the time of promotion. We recommend contacting the product provider(s) to confirm any details and to ensure their latest initiatives comply with all Health & Safety and regulatory requirements ahead of taking up your prize.

  15. The prize draw is final and correspondence will not be entered into.

  16. If the prize involves alcohol, you must be over 18 years to accept it.

  17. The Promoter will keep all entries after the winning entry has been drawn for the purposes of building a database to provide email updates on what is happening in at Orakei Bay Village.

  18. The Promoter will provide all entries to the Tenant supplying the prize for the purposes of building a database to provide email updates.

  19. The Promoter is the Orakei Bay Village (Equinox Group).

  20. By entering the promotion, entrants accept the terms and conditions stated above.

  21. Any wording provided as part of an entry can be used by Orakei Bay Village on our website, social media, and other promotional means.
